hechuan dekon taihe breeding farm is located in mishi village, taihe town, hechuan district, chongqing municipality, and is the first modern ai breeding pig farm built by dekon group and alibaba cloud in china, achieving full coverage of ai functions on production lines.
through in-depth research on the acquisition, storage and analysis of pig breeding data, the project team independently developed intelligent data acquisition and business data conversion technology based on business mapping cards and computer vision. with the support of such technology, the patrol intelligent robot can continuously move in a cyclic manner, and record the full lifecycle information of pigs- automatically collecting data such as size, body length and weight of pigs; monitor the changes in pig’s voice, body temperature, heartbeat, breathing and body surface around the clock; evaluate the feed efficacy and feeding performance from multiple dimensions to achieve precision feeding. the data obtained is processed by the backend ai intelligent breeding system, and an improved pig id card file model is established to achieve full industry traceability.
this technology not only releases the pressure of data management in the process of pig breeding and ensures the timely and accurate data collection, but also realizes the biosecurity monitoring through “face recognition personnel positioning electronic fence”, and achieves intelligent management and early warning during the implementation of 7×24 hours african swine fever monitoring measures.
the application of this system will bring about a great change in the breeding industry.
